The standard production time for the card is typically 2-3 business days from the approval of the design and color. There is also an expedited option available, which allows the card to be ready in 1 business day.
In 99.9% of cases, the standard chip size (0.43 x 0.31 inches) is suitable for our metal cards. If your card has a larger chip, please inform our manager. We will create a card with an enlarged chip area to ensure proper placement and functionality.
After placing your order, you will receive a prepaid shipping label that you can use to send your card to us. If you choose the home transfer option, we will deliver your new card to your specified address free of charge, so you won’t need to send us your card.
Shipping your card within the USA is completely free — you don’t need to worry about it. We will produce and send the card to any location in the country at our expense. If you want to send us your card for processing, pickup is also at our expense. Convenient, isn’t it?
